Swimmers must “declare” their intention to participate in each meet by the Wednesday prior to the meet in order to be placed in the meet events. This will allow Coach Tim enough time to place the kids in their events.

• HOW TO DECLARE FOR MEETS:
  • This must be done on the website for every meet.
  • Log onto your account at westupiranhas.org
  • Click on the "Calendar" tab
  • Find the swim meet in the list and click "RSVP" button
  • Click either 'attending' or 'not attending' next to your swimmer(s) name(s)
  • Click SAVE

You must RSVP for every meet.

Please note that you can declare for all meets at the very beginning of the season! We encourage all families to do do this. 

If there is a change of circumstances after the deadline, if your child can no longer attend, please email Coach Tim directly at [email protected].  He needs to know for team relays. 

If you have forgotten to RSVP, and it is past the deadline, you can email Coach Tim, and your swimmer will be added to events on a space available basis.
