Declaring for a meet, or electronically RSVP-ing simply means you are letting the Head Coach know that your child will swim in a particular meet. This online feature allows you to let Coach know well in advance if your child has a conflict.  

In order for your child to swim in a swim meet, you must declare online for it. You must do this for every meet.

How to Declare for meets:

1. Login to your account 

2. Click on the "2022 Calendar" tab

3. Find the swim meet on the calendar and click the "Meet Entry" button associated with the meet. If the deadline has not passed, it will say, "Open."

4. Click "Edit" and use the dropdown box to choose, "Attending this meet," or "Not Attending this meet"

5. Click "Save"

Meet declarations must be completed by the following deadlines*:

Southside Meet on 6/13 - deadline to declare is Thur. 6/9 at 8:00 am

Bellaire Meet on 6/16 - deadline to declare is Tue. 6/14 at 8:00 pm

Willow Meet on 6/20 - deadline to declare is Sat. 6/18 at 8:00 am

Prelims on 6/27 and 6/28 - deadline to declare is Fri. 6/24 at 8:00 am.
